Whether you're getting ready to meet your baby or figuring out life with one in your arms, I’m all about helping mums find their way of doing things. Calm, confident, and in control - even when it feels like everything’s changing.
With a mix of hypnobirthing, pregnancy yoga, deep relaxation, and plenty of honest, down-to-earth chat, I’ll help you feel steady, supported, and ready for whatever this wild ride throws your way. No overwhelm, no toxic positivity, no nonsense.
