I’m Steph, and I’m here to support you through all things pregnancy, birth and beyond. Whether you're getting ready to meet your baby or figuring out life with one in your arms, I’m all about helping mums find their way of doing things. Calm, confident, and in control - even when it feels like everything’s changing.

With a mix of hypnobirthing, pregnancy yoga, deep relaxation, and plenty of honest, down-to-earth chat, I’ll help you feel steady, supported, and ready for whatever this wild ride throws your way. No overwhelm, no toxic positivity, no nonsense.

    Relax, breathe and ease your pregnancy aches and pains with these gentle yoga classes. Our beautiful purpose built yoga studio in Wylde Green has everything you need for an hour of bliss.

  • Mum & Baby Yoga

    Movement and bonding for you and baby. Support, connection and an easy way to meet other mums. (We do lunch in Wylde Green after class too!)

  • New Mum's Nap Club™

    No babies. Just Mums. Honest conversation, zero judgement and gentle restorative movement. Topped off with a blissful guided relaxation in our serene Wylde Green Studio.
