about me
calm support for pregnancy, birth & beyond
Hi, I’m Steph. A calm birth and postnatal wellbeing specialist, yoga teacher, hypnobirthing instructor, and unofficial provider of reassurance, tea, and the occasional well-timed joke.
I work with mums who are navigating pregnancy, birth, and early motherhood with a mix of excitement, anxiety, and about 47 open tabs of baby-related advice. If that sounds familiar, you’re in the right place.
I’m here to help you cut through the noise, tune into your instincts, and build real confidence in your body, your choices, and yourself.
calm, clarity, and down to earth support (based on actual science) that has you at its heart
What I offer isn’t about crystals or chanting at the moon. It’s grounded, gentle, and practical support that helps you actually feel more in control, helping you make the right choices for you with zero judgement.
I blend:
Hypnobirthing that’s empowering, evidence-based, and not remotely airy-fairy
Pregnancy & postnatal yoga to stretch, breathe, and give you a proper minute to yourself
Deep relaxation and nervous system resets (aka Nap Clubs) to recharge when you're running on empty
Warm, supportive community so you’re never navigating it all alone
It’s birth and postnatal support - but with real personality, down-to-earth chat, and the kind of care that sticks with you long after the class ends.
I truly believe that every mum deserves to feel truly supported during this time of transition, not just handed a leaflet and wished good luck.
I started this work because I saw too many mums (me included) feeling dismissed, overwhelmed, or unsure who to turn to. Pregnancy and new motherhood can be beautiful, but they can also be a wild and exhausting emotional rollercoaster. You shouldn’t have to go through it feeling alone or unheard.
Whether you're preparing for your first birth or figuring out how to feel human again after baby number three, you deserve support that’s clear, kind, and genuinely useful.
That’s what I’m here for.

a bit about me...
Tea over coffee, always
I believe naps are a form of therapy (hence the Nap Clubs)
Baths over showers
I believe holding the mum is ALWAYS more important than holding the baby (unless mum is trying to eat a meal, then holding the baby is ok!)
You’ll never find incense burning in any of my classes - can’t stand the stuff!
